A birthday facing the sea
The large living space opening onto the kitchen welcomes the celebration table. The covered terrace serves meals in the shade, the raised wooden terrace looks over the heated pool and the Leucate lagoon. At sunset, it is time for photos. For the evening, the village has its restaurants, Leucate and Le Barcares their terraces and their summer nights.
A friends' weekend, a hen party
Four bedrooms, eight beds, the pool heated even in winter, the tennis court ten metres away, and the sandy beaches of La Franqui and Leucate fifteen minutes away, with one of Europe's largest kitesurf spots. For a hen party, the Fitou vineyards can be visited on foot, the oyster huts on the lagoon are twenty minutes away and Perpignan twenty-five. From November to March, outside the festive period, a two-night weekend is accepted.
Three generations under one roof
Everything is on one level. The grandparents get the master suite with a bathtub, the children the pool secured by the sliding terrace, the parents the view and the quiet. The Sigean African Reserve, the Fitou lake and the beaches fill the days; wifi and the workspace let those who need to work stay on. Dogs are welcome.
