Kitesurfing and paddle boarding at Leucate, a catamaran trip on the Mediterranean, quad rides from Fitou, tastings at the Fitou and Corbières wineries, a game of tennis on the municipal court ten metres away, and to close, a Michelin-starred table at the Leucate lighthouse. Everything can be decided the same morning, with no heavy logistics.
