People say "villa", you might say "holiday home": it is the same house. Villa Container Fitou is a large holiday home for 8 set on the heights of Fitou, in the Aude, among the vineyards. It is designed for an extended family, or two families of friends, who want to spend their holidays together without getting in each other's way.
Four bedrooms, eight beds, one real living space
130 sqm, all on one level, in a contemporary architecture built from recycled containers. Four bedrooms, including a master suite with a bathtub, and eight beds. One large living space opening onto the fitted kitchen, where everyone cooks and eats together, then two terraces: a covered one for meals in the shade, and a raised wooden one facing the sea, with the pool in the foreground.
Wifi throughout the house, air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, on-site parking, and a tennis court ten metres away. Dogs are welcome.
The heated pool, all year round
This is what sets this holiday home apart from other rentals in the Aude: the pool is heated in every season and secured by a sliding terrace. People swim at the autumn half-term, at Christmas, in February, and not only in summer.
A holiday home ten minutes from the sea
The Fitou lake, the beach and the Mediterranean are less than ten minutes away. The long sandy beaches of Leucate and La Franqui are fifteen minutes away, Perpignan airport twenty-five, Narbonne and Gruissan half an hour. The Cathar castles, the Sigean African Reserve, the Fitou vineyards and the Pyrenees are the week's outings.

The holiday home is let directly, with no platform commission, with a real-time calendar and availability. Minimum stay of three nights (seven in July and August); from November to March, outside the festive period, a two-night weekend is accepted.
